Making Confident Business Decisions When You’re Feeling Uncertain
You’re sovereign, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Uncertainty is in the air.
Sometimes it’s personal: you’re feeling under the weather, emotionally off, or energetically low.
Sometimes it’s external: the world feels wobbly, the market’s shifting, your audience isn’t engaging like they used to.
And sometimes it’s subtle: you feel clear on the direction - a podcast you want to launch, a new team member you want to hire, an offer you’re ready to refine - but the details are murky.
You can’t quite seem to move forward.
And yet, you still have a business to run.
You still have a calling to honor.
You still feel the pull to lead.
This post is for the moments when you’re standing at the edge of your next move, but clarity hasn’t fully landed yet.
Here’s how to keep moving forward with confidence, even in seasons of uncertainty (in no particular order):
1. Give Yourself Permission to Slow Down
Not to shut down. Not to disappear. But to pause. A holy pause.
Sometimes, the most aligned decision comes when we stop trying to force clarity at 70mph. Imagine missing the right exit over and over because you refuse to slow down long enough to check the map.
Speed doesn’t equal success. And rushing decisions often leads to regret.
Slowing down allows your intuition, your nervous system, and your strategic mind to sync up. This is how you start hearing the real answer - not just the loudest voice in your head.
2. Change Your Environment
When the energy is stagnant, shake it up. Physically, emotionally, mentally.
Nature is medicine. So are new spaces. And the right environment can activate the part of you that holds the answer.
Ask yourself: Where do I want to tap in from?
If you’re stuck in your head and need to drop into your heart, visit a place that opens you up. A garden, an art museum, dancing at your favorite lounge.
If you’re swimming in emotion and need to anchor into mental clarity, do something that sharpens your mind. Play a board game, write a poem, build a playlist, organize your closet.
Your multidimensional being holds wisdom. Sometimes it just needs a new setting to speak.
3. Give the Decision Space
Here’s a simple but powerful practice:
Agree to leave the decision alone for a set amount of time.
No spiraling. No obsessing. No journaling it to death.
You know how sometimes you can’t remember a word mid-conversation, but it floats back to you hours later while folding laundry? That’s how your brain (and spirit) work.
When you step away, you make room for your subconscious and your Higher Self to do what they do best, receive clarity in ways your conscious mind cannot manufacture.
So go have fun. Nourish yourself. Touch some grass. Let the answer rise, rather than chase it down.
4. Discern Whether the Decision Needs to Be Made Now
Not every decision is as urgent as it feels.
Ask yourself: What would actually happen if I waited a week? Would anything fall apart? Would the opportunity vanish? Or are you just feeling pressure from an anxious inner voice (or someone else’s timeline)?
Part of being in your Empress Era is knowing when to make a move, and when to hold your energy until it’s fully clear. Lean into wisdom (not avoidance - and take the time to discern which of these it is).
And if the decision does need to be made now? Ask: Does it have to be me making it? If you’ve built support, trust someone else to carry a piece. You’re not in this alone.
5. Remember: Your Success Is Inevitable
Yes, your decisions matter.
But no, they are not life-or-death 99% of the time.
Some of the choices you agonize over today will barely register in your memory six months from now. Others may not unfold the way you hoped, but they’ll still lead you exactly where you’re meant to go.
Your success is inevitable, Empress.
Not because every move is perfect, but because you continue to lead with intention, clarity, and growth.
You continue to clear what blocks you.
You continue to learn, shift, expand.
Failure is almost never fatal.
(And if your decision is life-or-death, please call someone qualified. Truly.)
Otherwise? Play with life a little.
Pick the path that feels most aligned, even if it’s not the most certain.
In Closing…
As you expand your empire, the stakes can feel higher.
You’ll face more decisions. Bigger ones. Messier ones.
And the clarity you crave might not always arrive with a neat bow and a smooth timeline.
But this doesn’t mean you’re not equipped.
It means you’re stepping into new territory - territory that requires deeper self-trust, sharper discernment, and more compassion than before.
You’re already the kind of leader who can hold this.
And if you’re ready for support as you make high-level decisions - ones that impact your systems, team, and tech - I’m here.
When you’re ready to get advisory support that honors both your strategy and your soul—let’s connect.
Your Empress Era deserves nothing less. 👑
