The Install

The What:

  • Certified in residential construction operations (client communication, scheduling, invoicing, project tracking)
  • Already understands contractor workflows—not learning basics on your dime
  • $2,000/month vs $4,000–5,000 for local hire
  • Business assessment & 90-minute strategy session
  • Tailored job description, handbook & onboarding plan
  • Key systems + processes cleaned up and documented
  • Administrative Specialist matched from certified pool
  • Tailored onboarding plan crafted for your business
  • Weekly Specialist coaching (troubleshooting, skill-building)
  • Weekly founder check-ins (progress, issue resolution)
  • Unmetered messaging support

The How:

We assess your operations, install your project management flow, build your customized onboarding plan, match your specialist, and finalize contracts. Your newest team member begins learning your specific workflows.

Your administrative specialist manages daily operations with weekly coaching sessions. We troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and build systems collaboratively as needs emerge.

Your administrative specialist continues to handle operations increasingly more independently. Our placement team is still available for support, but stepping back as confidence builds.

You and your administrative specialist work together without our support. Ongoing supervisory packages available if needed.

The Via de Oduraa Edge

Talent placement is just as much operational design as it is matchmaking.

And when done right, your new hire can multiply your capacity without adding chaos.

Most placement services stop at finding you a person. We build you infrastructure alongside your hire.

Our founder has been exactly where you are—the operational backbone of a growing construction business, spread far too thin. She built her way out through better systems and a vetted Ghanaian virtual professional, then crafted this service so other founders wouldn't have to figure it out alone.

The work we do is structured to include mapped processes, structured onboarding, and three months of integration support so you can more quickly step out of task management and into leadership.

Ghana

Why Ghanaian talent?

Cultural Alignment — With British influences and close ties to the West, Ghanaians are attuned to our culture.

Language Fluency — English is the national language of Ghana — all our applicants are effortlessly fluent.

Cost Efficiency — A sustainable salary in Ghana is a fraction of the salary here, allowing business owners affordable help and our applicants highly-competitive compensation.

Time Zone Compatibility — Ghana is 4–5 hours ahead of EST, a much shorter gap than most overseas workers.

Soul Alignment — With our founder the child of two Ghanaian immigrants, we have a particular dedication and vision for supporting and elevating Ghana and her people.

This is a build—not just a handoff.

We clean up the systems before anyone steps into them. We find someone who fits, not just someone who's available. We train them, supervise them, and stay alongside you for twelve weeks in total until the business backend is actually running without you in it.

Most placements fail because the business wasn't ready. Or the match wasn't right. Or the onboarding was a two-day walkthrough and good luck.

  • Operations audit and systems cleanup
  • Proprietary assessment and skills screening
  • Matched placement — business, communication style, and operational needs
  • Replacement guarantee within the onboarding window
  • Specialists's training compensation for the full training period
  • Candidate sourcing from our vetted applicant pool
  • Structured industry- and firm-specific onboarding
  • Specialist role definition and scope documentation
  • Daily check-ins during the supervised practice period
  • Bi-weekly touchpoints with our team throughout onboarding
  • Handoff document at close
  • Placement team led by a former renovator and civil engineer

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard engagement is three months, which includes:

  • Month 1 — prepping your business for your Administrative Specialist + placing them
  • Month 2 — us facilitating hands-on training of the Administrative Specialist in your business
  • Month 3 — continued training, while preparing for you and your Administrative Specialist to work independently of us

Because they're:

  • Culturally aligned — with British influences, they understand Western business norms
  • Fluent in English — no communication barriers
  • Reliable — known for being personable, responsible, and committed
  • Cost-efficient — sustainable rates for you, competitive compensation for them
  • Time-zone friendly — 4–5 hours ahead of EST, much shorter gap than most overseas workers
  • Soul-aligned — we're dedicated to elevating Gold Coast talent, not just extracting from it

Most businesses can expect to pay a minimum of $10,000 for the full three-month process — which includes preparing your business, the hiring process, onboarding, and your Administrative Specialist's salary during this time. Additional elements included in the scope will impact this estimate.

We don't place anyone unless you're satisfied. You'll meet and interview our top match before placement and can request a different specialist if needed.

From there, two additional months of onboarding support ensure you become a cohesive, effective team. If critical issues emerge during this time that a different placement could resolve, we'll match you with someone else.

Past this period, a different placement may incur fees.

No. We're essentially matchmakers and trainers. We rigorously vet and pre-train virtual professionals for the construction and design space. We then match them with companies and train them specifically for the company they've been placed with. After our 12 weeks together, the company and administrative specialist work directly. We are not a go-between and don't collect any additional fees.

If you want support from our team beyond the three-month placement, we have options available.

You pay us a flat fee — one payment, upfront — for the entire recruiting and onboarding process. This includes your Administrative Specialist's fee during our engagement.

Once our 12 weeks are up, you pay your specialist directly. You can expect to pay $2,000/mo.

During our engagement (typically 12 weeks), yes.

After that, you handle payroll directly — you're hiring the virtual professional yourself. We provide guidance on setting up international payments, but we don't manage it beyond that point.

We place VA's at $2,000/mo for full time work — a flat monthly amount that covers the breadth of your client coordination needs.

We opt for flat monthly pricing to stabilize your cash flow, eliminate the burden of tracking hours, and provide fair compensation through the peaks and lulls in your volume.

You start paying this directly to your Administrative Specialist after the training window (typically 12 weeks). During the 12 weeks, your investment covers their salary.
