The Story

Via de Oduraa works with residential contractors and home service companies scaling past the point where the operational layer can be held together without structural support. We build the infrastructure the business needs and place the right person to run it — a virtual client manager, trained specifically for the home service industry, integrated through a structured onboarding process designed to make the placement hold.

We connect our clients with Ghanaian virtual professionals. That choice is intentional — skilled, values-aligned talent meeting a real need on one side, meaningful economic opportunity on the other.

The Backstory

We were founded by Edi Oduraa, an engineer by degree and a systems builder by experience.

In 2019, she co-founded Logs to Lumber, a residential tree service company, and built its operational infrastructure from the ground up — the workflows, the SOPs, the client communication systems, the hiring protocols. The business crossed $500K in revenue within three years. She did most of that work as the operational co-owner, invisibly, while her partner ran the field.

She knows what it costs to hold a growing trades business together. She knows the specific exhaustion of being indispensable in a role that has no name. And she knows what becomes possible when the right support structure finally gets built — because she built her way out of that situation and into this one.

Via de Oduraa is the thing she wished had existed.
