Liberation Day

July 4th is a day of mixed emotions, experiences and celebration across the United States.

I find myself spending time with the idea of liberation.
Freedom (for all).
Justice (for all).

And feeling the weight of where that isn't present in our society and our world at large.

...And, in the next breath, thinking of the intrepid entrepreneurs, daring organizers, loud advocates who rise, morning after morning, with the hope of a better world.

The way we employ, treat our customers, engage with our local barista, parent our kiddos, move through disagreements—each act is a vote for a blossoming world or a wilting world.

This 4th of July, "Independence" Day, I renew my commitment to creating beauty, as I am able, in every space I enter—physical, emotional, energetic, financial.

And I fully affirm that by this time next year, we will have placed even more of our tremendous Virtual Administrators and had a hand in their own financial liberation.

I fully affirm that by this time next year, we will have helped more conscious businesses expand their capacity with staffing, and liberated them from the tangly bits that keep them from more deeply fulfilling their vision.

I fully affirm that by this time next year, more femme home service co-owners will feel empowered and clear about themselves as leaders from our conversations in the Holistic Home Service Podcast and Which One Are You? ebook.

As I love saying—onwards and upwards, friends.

What is stirring within you this 4th? What are you agreeing for over the next year?
