Hello beautiful people.

I want to drop in here and mention really briefly one of the most, I think, effective places to start, like I talked about in the previous voice note, walking through the seven pillars, seeing where things feel misaligned or like there's a lot of friction and prioritizing that list and going from there.

One of the areas that I find to be the most effective, regardless, irregardless of whatever stage you're in, is looking at your client journey.

So your client journey is essentially a collection of experiences people go through from when they first meet you to when they off board and write you a testimonial, the last touch point.

The reason why looking at your client journey is so effective is because it is really the trunk of the tree that is your business.

All of these other processes, the branches and the leaves come off of this client journey because you are literally in business to serve people, right?

And so that is the main process that you walk through.

So a great way to really dive into this, last week of summer break, anyways, the best way I find to dive into this is to first map your client journey.

And what that looks like is writing out these steps and putting it in a kind of a flow, like a flow diagram, you know, my engineering is coming out here, but just like mapping it.

So you start with, where do people find me?

Where is the first place they touch base with me?

And that might be from Instagram, it may be networking, it may be Google ads, whatever that is.

And then once they've contacted, they've gotten in my orbit from there, what is the next step and the next step and the next step.

And it'll take you all the way through, fundamentally, your marketing, through your sales process, through your client journey and off boarding and like legacy work.

And when you map this out and really sense into each of these stages, you'll be able to see, okay, wow, I actually don't, I am expecting people to leap from a reel into my mastermind, like there's, I'm missing steps or, wow, I have 20 million pathways, I need to clean this up.

And so once you start actually mapping it out, it will become clearer where you need to work, where you can make this more useful for your clients and for yourself.

And this, doing this will help you receive more clients because you're going to be mapping out the journey more clearly, solidifying things.

It'll also help you retain clients because you'll be providing a better experience.

And it will also help, hold on a second, it'll help show you where you need to develop more capacity to serve more clients.

So looking at your client journey is an excellent place to start if you're like, I know I want to get here, but I don't even really know how.

And so I will, I have, I did a masterclass last week on this very topic.

I'm waiting to get the download from them, the recording from them.

And when I do, if you're on my mailing list, you'll get pinged, but I'll also drop that in here so you guys can watch it.

I highly recommend it.

I think it's really good.

I think it's something that I'm going to eventually redo and make a paid thing.

So you guys get access to it now in its raw form.

So I'd love to hear if you've mapped your client journey before, what that looks like for you, if you have any questions as you're going along.

And like I mentioned, when I get that recording, I will post it in here because that is really like, honestly, I was like, I kind of ate with this one.

Like it was good.

It was good.

And I think it could be very helpful.
