4 ChatGPT Prompts That Changed My Life & Business

A big yes to AI being an alchemical tool

First off, I want to acknowledge the controversial place AI has in our modern day. From ethical concerns to environmental impact, I recognize that it should be used with eyes-wide-open.

That being said, I also want to acknowledge that I adore technology, and AI is no exception. I've had personal breakthroughs, gained business clarity, and cut hours off of manual processes with its help.

One of the most potent ways I use ChatGPT is to expand my horizon. With finely tuned questions (called prompts in this realm), I can get paradigm-shifting, vision-elevating insight - fast.

Find below, some of my favorite prompts. These are ones I return to regularly when I’m feeling foggy, stuck, or just ready to be surprised by the wisdom that lives inside me (and occasionally, inside the machine).

Note: The more background ChatGPT has on you, the more tailored its responses will be. Of course, honor your personal level of comfort with what you share, but don’t be afraid to feed it some context if you’re ready to go deep.

1. The Year-Ahead Oracle Prompt

“My word for 2025 is ‘[xyz].’ Given what you know about me and my birth chart (insert birth date, time, and location), tell the story of how my year will go, with as much detail as you can provide - include specific date ranges, months, or seasons where themes may shift.”

Why it works:
This prompt turns ChatGPT into your personal vision caster. When you combine your energetic theme for the year with the data from your natal chart, you’re giving the AI a rich framework to build from. The result is usually a poetic, expansive, sometimes spooky-accurate narrative that helps you energetically claim the year ahead with more intention.

2. The Resistance Revealer Prompt

“With what you know of me, what are the top internal and external things holding me back from [insert goal / desire]?”

Why it works:
This one is like a truth mirror. If you're willing to be a little vulnerable with what you're working toward, this prompt can help you name the subtle sabotage, patterns, or outdated strategies that are keeping you stuck. It's especially helpful if you feel like you're doing all the right things, but something still isn’t clicking.

3. The Ease Finder Prompt

“Where would someone like me - with [brief description of your business model, energy type, and lifestyle preferences] - be adding unnecessary complexity and cock-blocking ease?”

Why it works:
This prompt surfaces places you’re overcomplicating systems, strategies, or timelines, often out of habit, fear, or perfectionism. It’s a gentle way to find your blind spots and open up more spaciousness in your business.

4. The Buyer Blocker Prompt

“For my [insert product or service], what would stop my ideal client (define them if you haven’t already) from investing in it, even if it’s perfect for them?”

Why it works:
Sometimes the reason people don’t buy has nothing to do with the offer and everything to do with how it’s being framed, delivered, or positioned. This prompt helps uncover common objections, both internal and external, that your ideal client may be carrying. It’s gold for refining your messaging, sales process, or product structure.

If you end up using these prompts (or have others that have moved the needle for you), I’d love to hear what came through. I’m endlessly fascinated by the magic that can emerge when we bring heart, spirit, and tech together in meaningful ways.

Here’s to running your business with more clarity, insight, and ease - one beautifully worded prompt at a time.
