I’m an efficiency girlie though and through - you can never get me to hate that word.
I love a clean process, a juicy automation, a beautifully structured system that hums like a hymn. I believe ease, flow, and repeatability are sacred technologies, when applied with discernment.
But there’s a kind of fetishization of efficiency in the business coaching world.
We (both client and consultant) love a good template, framework and equation. We like the illusory safety of being good little girls, following the plan, and getting the promised results.
But that doesn’t work in general, and especially not for women running soul-led businesses.
Your vision is large. Your intuition is deep. Your business a breathing being.
And while you may offer similar services as your peers, you have a whole world of nuance, specificity and uniqueness layered underneath the surface that no one else could possibly capture.
You’re in a category of one.
But the business support you’ve sought doesn’t reflect that.
The group classes, courses, masterclasses are all well and good, but when is the last time you got in the room with someone who touched the soul of you and your business?
Who saw the vision and affirmed it?
Who danced in the delight of it all while helping you anchor it into the 3D?
Who co-wove the threads of energy, purpose, tactics and structure?
What would it feel like in your body to not have to carry it all, or have all the answers?
What would it feel like to deepen in clarity, simplicity and self-trust around your business day-over-day instead of shaky overwhelm?
